Hi,

May I join you? I'm new to this forum, but not new to weight loss. It's been a lifelong battle for me. At one point, I had lost over 100 pounds and got to my goal weight. It was wonderful! Then life intervened, I stopped weighing and I am up 50 pounds from my goal weight!!!!! This must stop and be reversed! So, I am at the beginning of this journey.
