Default Finally! 199...

I know it's only been 14 lbs since I started, but it feels SO good to see 199 on the scale this morning.

This month wasn't easy...I had a set back of a 3 lb gain one week. (It wasn't a stick to the plan kinda week...) But I got right back on it, and now I'm finally back in the 100's...

Let's hope I see a consistent downward spiral from here. :-D

I don't think I've seen 190's since before the birth of my son, and he's 18 months now... so it's been awhile.

Congrats. In 2008 I was 5 pounds away from seeing 199, would have been the first time in more than 5 years. I still kick myself for jumping off the bandwagon. Well now I'm 29 pounds away....sighs...hahaha! Congrats again!

Congratulations! You GO girl!

I backslid week before last, my scale went up 6lbs in 1 week YIKES!
But I told myself that I would not beat myself up, I will just jump back on the wagon full speed ahead!
And I did, and last week I went down to 198 - from the 206 jump

Still scared of seeing 200+on that scale though, don't want to ever go there again but I know that I am still very close to it so it may happen with water etc.

Yes it does scare me to see 200 again. And I was at like 199.8 on the scale, but whatever, it was the 199 that I saw. Last weekend I had a babyshower that I went to and I had some of the cake and whatnot. I felt horrible about it afterward like I had sabotaged myself.

I was extra good all week and thankfully the scale did not go up, it was down another two lbs!! Ooooh...I'm only 4lbs away from having lost 20lbs!
