MONDAY 3/10/03

EXERCISE
15 min bike
2.5 mile walk
weights (abs & back)

BREAKFAST
oatmeal = 2
berries & sugar = 1
bacon = 2

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 3
soup = 4
pretzels = 1

DINNER
lean cuisine = 6
lima beans = 3

DAILY TOTAL = 22 POINTS

Hi Rabbit, I'm here but not doing too good. I've been hit with another cold or something and have been down and out since last Wednesday. I'm not exercising and I'm eating whatever. As soon as I can breath thru my nose and stop coughing I plan on going back to the gym.

2.5 mile walk
weights (biceps & triceps)
yoga class

BREAKFAST
oatmeal, sugar, berries, bacon = 5

LUNCH
soup = 4
tortilla chips = 12

DINNER
salad = 0
parmesan = 3
chips = 4

DAILY TOTAL = 28

egg = 2
bread = 2
jam = 1

LUNCH
ham = 2
salad = 0
parmesan = 3
soup = 3
chips = 3

DINNER
wild rice w/steamed broc = 2
orange roughy = 3
bun = 2
corn = 2

SNACK
skinny cow = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 27

m&m = 4 (crazy lunch, I know)

skinny cow = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 31
