Hi Everyone! I'm new to the 180's and very glad to be here. I weighed in at 189.8 this morning. I was stuck in the 190's for what seemed like ever. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone. I am glad I found this group because not only are you positive, you are loosing weight.

It is mine! Lol. I like the act of baking, but not the end result.. like, I might have a bite of one cupcake, if it's a new flavor and I need to try... but in general, I'm not a sweets person. There are cupcakes on my counter now, and DH and I haven't even touched them. I'll likely end up throwing them out like I usually do! I didn't get fat on cake, I got fat on french fries with ranch dressing, and fast food, ... And that reminds me, I need to update that puppy!!
And yes, 8lbs. The hardest 8lbs EVER!! Sheesh, lol.

So how do you get that little dancing carrot. I saw posts that had those for every 5 or 10 pounds lost.
If you type a : and then the word carrot and then another : youll get him, but it needs to be all together, no spaces. Or you can click on him in the "smiles" area.
186.6 today. I surprisingly dropped another 2 ounces, even at the start of my once-every-4-months-TOM (thanks to BCP..) ... And I gotta say, a little surprised, lol... But I'll take it!

As for me, I am exactly 187 today. I'm going to Paris next month to take my daughter to Disneyland for her birthday and I'd really like to to reach my 15% mini goal (173 lbs) by the trip. I'm working extra hard and not getting off this plan for even a second, so hopefully I can get 14 pounds off by then. That's 3 pounds a week. Wish me luck!

Hi ladies!!! I know I have been MIA. I have been packing we are going to be moving very very soon! I have also had the worse attack of canker sore in my mouth ever!!! My Dr said it was called a complex break out. I had about 15 of those suckers. I couldn't eat anything but very soft foods and liquids and I couldn't talk. His thoughts were that stress brought it on But good news they are much much better and I have lost more weight!!!!!
I also got found out that I lose weight in one of the weirdest places first. I have gone down to a 34C from a 36C-D. I had no idea my number would already change?? I was prepared for the cup size though and was more than ok with that!
I am going to go back and catch up on some of the post. I hope you ladies are doing GREAT!!!!!!

But good news they are much much better and I have lost more weight!!!!!
