Hey Ladies!! Hope ya'll are having an awesome weekend..
So, I REALLY want to get into running. There's something about it that really compels me to do it.. I think it's the being outside and can do it anytime anywhere thing that is a win win for me.
I know it's not easy and to be perfectly honest, I'm not even sure where to start. I don't even know if I can run!!
I currently do anywhere between 4-6 days of moderate intensity elliptical. I've been doing this in anticipation of picking up running. Now, I feel like I might as well just get out there and do it since peddling away on my elliptical isn't getting me any further in the running department.
For those of you who've started running, where did you start? How did you start? How far did you go??
I'm also mega concerned with how I look while I'm running. I don't want to look silly if I can only get a couple meters before I need to walk!
Any suggestions would be INCREDIBLY helpful!!!
