Where did you start to notice your weight loss?

Smile Where did you start to notice your weight loss?

I'm curious, what areas of your body did you notice getting smaller first? Next? Last?

I 'think' my waist is a bit smaller...other parts seem to be less 'round'...maybe I'm just wanting to 'see' these things, hahahaha! (ok, I did notice that my 'jiggly bits' seem to be 'looser'...is it just me? I am working out every day)

This is the first time I've taken on a challenge like this. I want to know what could be around the corner!

My weight loss seems to becoming from under my boobs. Well my cup size is still the same, I am finding that all my bras are becoming to loose. After taking measurements, I always learned that I had lost an inch in my butt. Of course, neither of those places are ones I was worried about as there are several other places on my body that I would rather see the weight loss. O well, those places will hopefully be coming soon!

The first part on my body I noticed weight loss was my face!
I had stopped looking at my self in a mirror because my reflection embarrassed me. Now however i am wearing make-up and caring about my appearance because my face is no longer grossly swollen.

My stomach is where I've noticed the biggest improvement. It's still not as small as I'd like but it slimmed up noticeably so now I keep checking it to see if I can notice anymore weight loss. I don't think I have so far. *tear*

Mine would be my waist, around my ribs, if that makes sense. My thighs seem smaller, too. My belly is the very last place I lose it! Along with my arms.

I took measurements this time, so I would KNOW if I was really shrinking. The first week I lost 1/2 inch off my waist, 1/4 inch off my hips, and 1/8 inch off my thighs. I couldn't "see" it, but it was soo good to see it on the tape measure!

So far I've lost 8 1/2 inches off my big upper belly, 7 inches off my waist, 8 1/4 inches off my hips, and 4 1/4 inches off my thighs. Wow!

Where I really see it the most is my upper belly. It's still big, but not like it used to be.

Lost the first 100 with Medifast, now working on the last 25

I always lose weight in my waist and face first. My hips/butt take FOREVER to catch up to my waist, so I always have to wait to buy new jeans.

I notice that the first place I gain is the hardest area to lose (hips). The last place to gain weight (belly) is the area that goes first.

I lose off my waist, my arms, and my face first .... I think my thighs and hips have only just started to catch up ....

I'm actually starting to believe my weight loss a bit more ... as I'm back teaching after summer break and so many people have commented .... so feeling pretty good

thanks for all the replies everybody! Keep them coming!

I always have people say my face looks skinnier...I don't really see it. I measured myself the other day, and it seems that my waist is pretty consistent at getting smaller, and then my thighs are getting smaller. Also noticed that my 'armpit boobs' are shrinking...I just don't see a change in the scale yet.

I noticed the boobs. I had to buy bras this past weekend because the old ones were sad. 1 band size, two cup sizes down. But it is the first time I bought that size ever. Others noticed the face and arms.

I lost my butt first, thank God!! My breasts decreased incrementally and steadily as did my waist. My thighs are the last to go. It's hard for me to see I've lost anything there at all, but I wouldn't go down in pants size if that was the case. No matter my weight, my thighs always keep me in a higher pant size than I would otherwise wear.

I've lost 4 lbs so far and an inch in my waist. My hips and thighs are always the very last. I'm classic pear. So all this has done is caused a bigger gap at waist of my jeans with the thighs as tight as ever.

I didn't notice anything till about 50lbs down... Then it was my face. Then my legs, then my tummy - but not lower tummy, upper, lol... the lower tummy looks smaller NOW at 80 lost and it's "higher" I guess.. less of an apron, on its way to a pooch, I'm guessing. I'll embrace the pooch once I'm there, LOL.

From my "starting pic" till today, my face looks like ME, but like I'm not that girl anymore. Like the outsides of my face melted away and this is what is left, lol... It's weird.

Oh, I also notice less back-fat, and really... my wrists and ankles have always been sticks, I wore a loose 7inch bracelt at 279 and now I wear a 6. I can wrap my fingers around it and overlap, lol. I think I'm not big boned as I was always led to believe, I'm finding this out, just slowly.. ...one day soon, I might even be tiny! HAHA!
From 6/2011 - 8/2012 I lost 116lbs with 3FC help! Now I'm restarting post April 2014 baby!
