(I'm in my 20's but had something to add to this thread!)
I weigh in once a week on Fridays. In the past I would weigh every day but now I prefer the bigger payoff of weighing only once a week. Strangely enough, i don't find it tempting to weigh any more than once a week. I know if I eat right and stick with my plan I WILL lose. So no need (for me) to keep checking during the week.
Weighing once a month, for me, would be too long. I need something to keep me on my toes. A big factor that keeps me sticking to my plan is knowing that Fridays are coming and I want to have lost NOT gained.
Great job on the weight loss! I think whatever is working for you is what you should do.
I weigh myself every day, because it helps me keep on track. But I weigh myself on Wednesday mornings "officially" for my tracker. I would be scared weighing in less often than weekly. I need the feedback the scale give me, lol.

I also weigh myself first thing in the morning - before eating, after using the bathroom, and right before I step into the shower... especially now that it's winter, because fuzzy pj's DO weigh more than summer cotton ones!
I weigh in mornings when I can. So if I'm not traveling, I weigh in. Official weigh in is Monday. Before I get on the scale I think about how I'll feel if the number is not good. If I think it will ruin my day, I don't weigh in.
You should weigh how ever often you feel comfortable with. I tried weighing in every day but would get discouraged if the numbers went up instead of down. Now I weigh only on Saturday mornings.
But be consistent with what you wear and when you weigh. I weigh in the morning, fully clothed (similar clothes each time, jeans and t-shirt), and before I eat. Doing it naked would be best but so long as your other factors are the same each time, it doesn't matter.
My personal preference is once weekly, to reduce the appeared effect of water weight swings. Weighing daily is fine so long as you don't get too caught up in it and can appreciate how much water weight can bounce your scale number around.
Weighing daily doesn't seem to show bounces in water weight at all for me. It is odd, I expected it to fluctuate much more than it does. I see a regular 0.2lb drop per day... Unless I have strayed off the straight and narrow!
