Hey guys im not new to 3FC but I am new to this forum.... I have struggled with weight loss for some time now and basically im just looking for support to keep me motivate and learn new ways to stay healthy.
FYI im 30 5'9 and currently @ 266 one day I hope to be toned n lean @ 190 but im just trying to take it 1 day @ a time.
