Default I need help

Hoping I can join you ladies! I just weighed in today and WOW what a huge shocker. I was at 190.6, and I've NEVER been in the 190's before. I am going on a cruise in May and I'd love to be 25-30 lbs lighter but my long term goal is to lose 60 lbs. I need your help!

Nikki,

The Holidays were rough on me too. Do not worry you will get where you need to be. I have found the different challenges to be helpful for me. I first started out looking at my end goal and this did not work for me now I am taking it one step at a time. I have decided to focus on 10 pounds at a time. I am hoping to be 10 pounds lighter by the end of January.

I have joined the January exercise challenge and the Bathing suit challenge it is nice to have people to relate to. Good Luck!

Is there something specific with which you want help?

Have you started following a food plan or an exercise routine? Are you hoping for some day-to-day advice? Or are you looking to join in weekly discussions and stay on track?

Let everyone know what you're hoping to change, and members might be able to give you specific advice.

I guess I need motivation the most. I alway start off well and then just blow it. I am doing some weight loss challenges at work so hopefully that helps out too. I'm currently just watching what I eat by adding cleaner foods and trying to get moving more often.

Niki I think all of us at one point needed or still need motivation. Its a good think you have a goal and your work has the challenges for you to participate in, if you are a competitive person I don't see why you wouldnt be able to reach a 20-30lbs weight loss goal by may. Good Luck to you!

I'm someone who needs super motivation to get up and exercise/watch my diet, and I love Weight Watchers. I really do. For me, it was a lot of small changes that I added in bit by bit ... and it's been hard, but sort of fun, like a giant Sudoku puzzle.
