Log MyFitnessPal Calories everyday.
Get at least 7 hrs sleep/night.
Lose 1-2 lbs a week.
Exercise everyday... even if it's just push ups.
Have at least one exercise outing this month (praying for weather for skiing).
Spend time with friends but enlist their help in reaching goals (ie: ask that we avoid eating junk foods and drinking alcohol)
Find a new excercise to try out

Jan 02:kettle ball weight lifting for arms and shoulders
Jan 03:Squats and Lounges
Jan 04:sit ups, push ups and stretching
Jan 05:squats and lounges again
Jan 06:sit ups with weights, push ups
Jan 08: rest day
Jan 09: oops. forgot exercise but did well on other goals
Jan 10: weights (mostly arms)
Jan 11: forgot today's exercise. did well otherwise.
Jan 12-16 OMG! Why 4 days?!? Now scared of scale.
Jan 17: calorie counting, check; sleep check, no exercise though
Jan 18: calorie count, check; sleep, check. I'll take it.
Jan 19: I've decided to be happy to meet my calorie counting goals every day. Maybe next month will be a better month for exercise. So far in January calories have been counted all but 4 days. I'm aiming to finish out the month strong by entering my fitness pal data daily through the rest of January. gotta check what's going in my mouth! I'm happy to say that I stepped on the scale and found I lost .5 lbs. Yay! Even better, the tape measure says I've lost 2 inches. I like that even better.
