And he was ECSTATIC! I lost 13 pounds since last month and gained 5.8 lbs in muscle. I am so happy. I started Crossfit Training, and also doing KettleWerks at home while jogging on non-weight training days and I feel awesome! I have 75 lbs more to go for my doctor's goal for me and I am ready for the challenge.
That's awesome! Is this a regular family Dr. your going to or did you go to someone special? I am wondering because I have often talked my Dr. about helping me lose weight and she usually just tells me to try Weight Watchers, and self control. Not very helpful.
He is actually the nutrisionist in my family doctor's practice. He is specializing his own weight loss program for patients at the office. I really like him alot. The scale he uses looks like something out of outer space, but it truly gives you a better understanding of how our bodies work and what they are made up of.
