So I have been introduced to Coconut Oil. I have read so much on how benificial this is and im excited to try it for all the health benifits. Anyone else taking or thingking bout using this?
I use it in cooking sometimes. And maybe as a mask on my hair. Other than the scent when cooking, no other issues. In cooking I never notice a taste, just that the smell is like coconut when I first start cooking.
I don't like coconut oil much but I do keep it around. I love to put it on my face I just don't love eating it. My friends swears she feels better when she eats several tablespoons a day but uh, it's very difficult to just swallow it! I do use i when I bake but I rarely bake.
