Staying OP is very hard if I don't journal everything so I don't go over 20 carbs.
Excerise : None so far, usually walk 40-45 minutes around the base after lunch. Will have to drag DH on a walk after dinner

coffee w/cream & sweet&low - 3.0

1 oz string cheese - 1
Lunch
whopper w/ cheese from BK minus bun, ketchup, onion, tomato .5
3 cups salad greens 1.5
Italian Ceasar dressing 1.5
Total carbs so far today = 7.5
Snack
Pepperoni - 0
Dinner
rotissere chicken from deli - 0
1 cup broccoli w/cheese 3.4+1.0
small salad 1.0
IC dressing 1.0
Ice tea with S&L- 1.0
Snack
Pizza bites (pepperoni, 1 tsp sauce, cheese) 1.0
Total carbs for today = 15.9
I try not to go over 16/17 to allow for errors
I also drank all of my water today and then some
