I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I had to post this somewhere! I'm getting fitter! II've just done an hour of Zumba and normally I start flagging after about 35mins and struggle to complete each song after that point. Today's class was extremely fast, more so than normal. I completed every song and I still had energy left at the end of the class to do more Now I know that the Metabolism Miracle Diet gives you more energy but this was more than that. My recovery time was faster and my breathing was better. I FEEL GREAT!!!!! I can't wait to go to the gym tomorrow night now
It's the metabolism miracle diet by Dianne Kress. It works on the principle that there are 2 types of metabolism in the general population. One that processes carbs normally and one that really struggles to process carbs that gets progressively worse resulting in weight gain. It's hard to explain the ins and outs of it but when you read the book it makes so much sense. If you look on Amazon you can do that See Inside option and read some of the science behind it. It's the only diet I can lose weight consistently on for more than a couple of weeks with a whole host of other benefits to me such as improved sleep, improved mood, more energy. It's a low carb diet for 8 weeks then you gradually introduce carbs back in, in a certain order. The best bit is that I don't feel like I'm on a diet :-)
