Hi, my name's Sara. I am 15-20 lbs overweight. I had my first child two years ago (gained 60 lbs during pregnancy, lost about 40 over the course of 2 yrs and then static). I hit the 130s and have had little progress--vacation setbacks. I was exercising and then we had a stressful visit to extended family across the pond. Gained a couple pounds and now I'm doing the weigh-in dance btwn 138-140. I need some support people!
Anyone else rocking the same boat? Let's set some goals, cheerlead (whoo-hoo), and whine.

PS: I'm sure there's a similar thread for a 20lb weightloss goal, but nothing new and I'd like to kick some life into it--especially for folks in their 30s-40s.
