I don't know whats up with me. Yesterday I was 173 today I am 179. I am hoping its water weight that I will lose at yoga tonight but I don't know. I am so inconsistent on the scale!
Water wreaks havoc on me. I’m actually at the point where I need to take a step back. I’m still holding steady at 167, which is great because I didn’t gain, but sucks because I’ve been training so hard and it’s discouraging to not see any results. I made a deal with myself during my run last night that I am not going to weigh or measure myself for two weeks. I want instantaneous results, so I’ve been obsessing every day. Frankly, it’s making me crazy so I just need to stop. I mean, I almost called my parents to yell at them for giving me poor genetics. That’s loony bin kinda stuff.
Hang in there; I’m sure all the yoga is going to do wonders for you. I am sure you sweat out 5 lbs no problem
Thanks Iron. I am still at 179. I don't know what happened. I am hoping my body is just gearing up for TOM but I don't know. Today is the first day I have noticed any PMS symptoms (I am an emotional wreck today!) and usually the scale issues don't start this early. BUT I start yoga 3 days a week soon so I wont worry about the scale for now.
Hi guys, I'm back! Messed up a bit, but hey, it happens. I changed my starting weight, because honestly I dont' have a reliable number. The doctors scale was off, and I was without a scale for several months. So I'm starting over at 174.
Today I hit 171.0!
Looks like I wont be here too long :P
ETA: is there any way to favorite threads? I have a few I frequent and I dont' want to get confused and forget about some. X_X
Hey Kay! I wanted to pop in and see how yoga is going. I've been frequenting the 160s room, as I'm now at 163. The diet and exercise routine took some tweaking, but I think what I'm doing now is working. Hope all is well
Hi chicks. I'm between 170-174 at the moment and getting daily variation depending on hydration levels. Today, I'm at 174. I'm hoping to get down to 165 for mini-goal 1, but right now I've got crazy academic deadlines and work, so I'm finding very little time to exercise and way too much opportunity to eat badly (excuses!). I plan to get back to the gym on Monday afternoon and then twice more during the week. I like the idea of checking in here, so I hope you guys will have me.
This morning I was 174.5. I'm travelling this week plus have a dinner this weekend so hopefully goes ok.. I can't wait to get it of the 170's. Ok well really my next goal is 150 but 170 would be great progress.
Hi everyone. This morning, the scale at the gym said 158, so I'm guessing it's about 10-12 pounds off. I don't feel smaller than 170, but I might be somewhere between 168-174 now.
Today, I ran 5 miles and lifted weights for about 40 minutes. It felt pretty good. I've been staying on track on my diet, too. I'm hoping that if I can keep this up every day for the next two weeks, I might get out of the 170s and into the 160s!

Tuesday morning 4/17 I was down from 176.5 to 174.5. I was traveling and was pretty good day 1, but not good day 2 or 3. Then returned Friday but went out for lunch and dinner.. So the scale went back up to 176.5.
Today (Sunday) I'm back to 174.5, so I really yo-yo'd this week but could have done a lot worse. This week will be better. I have two meals/events to watch out for so I'll try to be good.
I cant seem to get out of the 170s either its annoying me like crazy trying to loose my baby weight is harder then it was before I got pregnant wow never did I think this would be the case
