Hi seabiscuit. It is still tough but I am doing better, thank you Let me know how you like the livestrong site. lost the majority of my weight on WW but once they switched I could never get back into it, not really sure why. I was thinking about giving it a go again. Before I cancelled my online membership I bought the dining out guide, food guide, 3 month tracker and calculator.

Starting my second Pilates class tonight, I hope it I like it as much as my Thursday night class. After the past few weeks of partying like I think I am a rockstar I have decided to be good and not frequent my usual drinking establishment for a few weeks. Save calories and headaches!

I got sick at the beginning of February (8 days before my birthday if you can believe that) and only started getting better at the end of... Wait for it... March! Yep. 2 months straight. So, two months of sucky eating led me to gaining some weight. But since the beginning of April I've been trying harder to eat right and drink more sweet tea instead of soda... And I can happily say I'm down to 207.8 now.

AND...

I'm getting married next year!!! SUPER excited about that! This is a funny story some of you just won't believe... I've known the guy about as long as I've had my son, about 12 years or so. Met him online in a Yahoo chat room if you can believe that one... hehe... And it turns out we both had a serious thing for each other. He asked me out at the end of March... I found out I truly did love him... So he asked me to marry him and I said yes. He's currently deployed in Afghanistan as a marksman with the US Marine Corps and is due to be sent home at the end of the year.

So I'm setting a mini-goal for this time next year... I'd like to lose at least another 20 pounds so I can fit into the beautiful wedding dress I know he'll want me to wear. This week is a wash for taking nice long walks... Supposed to rain til Saturday. Ah well... There's always next week!

So... Where are all the usual suspects around here? *peeks and looks for them*

have decided to work really hard for the next 6 months, and see where I get on this weight loss journey enjoyed reading everyone posts on here, and feel inspired again to get back on the wagon, and see what I can do this year! Last year I lost 30 lbs, so I know I can do it, just have to REALLLY want to!
