So this is like the millionth time I have done this but I hope for it to be the last. As I have decided because the way the everything is now with the prices of food and stuff I am jest gonna do my own thing but as long as I stay with a a1500 -1800 calories a day. Today is the second day of it and going good I am making healther choices from what I can afford to purchase . Never used to eat Fish now we do at least once a week. Plus I cut out Red meat.I am weighing and measuring everything I am even including drinks I never done that before.
As far as working out I have done well did a 3 mile yesturday and today . Plus i am drinking water again. I have decided that I am gonna do it one day at a time and so far two days down.YAY Back to the grinding board deciding whats for dinner. You will hear from me soon..
