I' m back
I was here for a little bit, but then I got preggers. I had the baby four months ago and now I'm back. I'm 20 over when I last was here, but 20 under where I was two months ago. Anyway, I am excited to get down to my goal over the next year. I'll be the big 40 NEXT may. I started taking Tae Kwon Do which had been great for muscle building, not so much fat loosing. I was going to start jogging April 1st, but I pulled a muscle so now I wait two more weeks. I remember how much reading posts here helped for the few weeks i was here....now i'm back at it!!! -Rachel
