I was ranging around the mid-140s, before vacation. Where I gained about 6#s and hit the 150s
. But back on track and the scale was 147.8 this morning. My goal has been 135, but I've been bouncing up and down. I cut out sweets, all breads, and pastas. I also started Mauy Thai last night and I'm really enjoying it.
