Helloooooo 140s people! So very happy to finally be here! 148 today and loving life. This is my lowest weight ever. I am in VFT, Virgin Fat Territory.
My goals are: 1. To make the 140s stick short term 2. To make them stick long term! |

I've been stuck in the 140's forever. I just can't stop eating sugars. I love them so much. I'd really like to get out of here and stay out of here. I had a baby about a year ago and its been tough. This board is pretty quiet. I'd to see more activity so please post away! :carrot: |

I came in to report that I am 148.5. The 140s are sticking for now. Going to work hard to make them stick through the fall and winter. Then all thru 2015 and beyond! |

I was ranging around the mid-140s, before vacation. Where I gained about 6#s and hit the 150s :(. But back on track and the scale was 147.8 this morning. My goal has been 135, but I've been bouncing up and down. I cut out sweets, all breads, and pastas. I also started Mauy Thai last night and I'm really enjoying it.

I just hit 149.2 this morning. Seems like a huge victory since it's the holidays and it's all I really wanted for Christmas! Hoping it's not just a fluke and I am working hard to stay in the 140s! |
I've been holiday-eating so I haven't budged from the 140s yet. I'm right around 147 still but yesterday I ate my way to 150! Luckily, it was just pure water/food baby but still. I'm starting to see 150 way too much. What a wake-up call. Time to use this vacation to hit the gym and start eating better. Let's kick these 140s, people!

I need to subscribe to the 159s thread. Gained back everything I lost. Looking prego again. Hopefully I will be back at the end of Jan. Best of luck ladies

Still in the 140s here. Not really gaining but not loseing either. Ugh need to back into eating better and regular exercise!!

If I can keep up with my current eating and exercise I hope to be back in the 140s next week. I'm hoping for a very fruitful 2015. :carrot: :jig::dancer:
