As i lose weight I am starting to see the small transformation my body is going through. I almost do a double take cuz i can't believe it. My arms and shoulders are starting to have more muscle tone. I can see more lean muscle tone on my upper thighs. Oh yeah and helloooo collar bones!
Short Term Goal -Half way mark !
Oooh, yes -- collar bones! I also see my hips protruding which I love. My rings are literally falling off my fingers too. The biggest transformation I have seen is my stomach. From YEARS of sucking in (even when I'm alone) I must have developed some definition because now that the fat is gone... HELLO ABS!
Congrats on your almost 30 pounds of weight loss! You are doing so amazingly!
1/4/15: Restarting my journey exactly 4 years from when I first started in January 2011. Reached my goal weight in 2012 and regained half of it back.
