Wink What small transformation have you noticed?

As i lose weight I am starting to see the small transformation my body is going through. I almost do a double take cuz i can't believe it. My arms and shoulders are starting to have more muscle tone. I can see more lean muscle tone on my upper thighs. Oh yeah and helloooo collar bones!

Oooh, yes -- collar bones! I also see my hips protruding which I love. My rings are literally falling off my fingers too. The biggest transformation I have seen is my stomach. From YEARS of sucking in (even when I'm alone) I must have developed some definition because now that the fat is gone... HELLO ABS!

Congrats on your almost 30 pounds of weight loss! You are doing so amazingly!

My hands and wrists are slender, and I don't have much padding on my butt anymore.
So I can't sit at the computer as long now.

My shoes are all loose, and people are starting to notice my weight loss.
My cheekbones and collarbones are starting to show.
