Hi everyone,
I'm very new, as a matter of fact I just logged into this website for the first time tonight. I'm trying to loose 30lbs and it would be such a big help to talk with people who are also trying to loose weight.
Just to give a very brief profile; I'm a big stress eater!!! I haven't found a way yet to get through the really stressful situations in my life without eating myself into a coma while doing it.(something usually comes up every week)
I'm hoping maybe someone has some good ideas.
