Since we are on the 3rd of March I thought I should re-post this thread..
It has helped me soooo much and I am sure it has helped others as well..
All are welcome to join and contribute their exercise minutes toward a combined monthly grand total.
So we can track the accumulated minutes, posts would look something like this:
Group: XXX mins (i.e., the last poster's total)
Me:XXX minutes (i.e., what you did that day)
New Group: X,XXX (i.e., Group minutes + your minutes)
