Hi everyone! I hope I can post here. I am 33 and started Jan 1 with my weightloss. I started out 200lbs and down to 194. I just started this week walking the trails that are around my town and did a little jogging (only down hill) I haven't jogged since high school and didn't know if my knees could handle it. I also push my jogger stroller with my 22 month old. I find the steep hills are a kicker but hey, it will get better. My knees are sore, as well as all other muscles that I forgot I had but it feels great. I have cut my food portions in half and hopefully this weight continues to come off. Any kind of advice I welcome. My weight goal is 150 so got lots of work to do. Just looking for tips, what to do and what not to do. Thanks everyone!
