My husband is cooking dinner. Fettucine alfredo with grilled chicken and broccoli (100% whole wheat noodles, dh's homemade sauce). Everything is healthy and on plan. After dinner we are going to the gym. It is cardio night (30 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical)! Definitely the BEST gift we can give eachother!

Hope everyone has a nice night!

Tonight is a busy night for my family, so we celebrated last night. We had steak and I made a yummy cucumber, tomatoe and green onion salad. The meal was completely OP, but still a nice treat. I did indulge today and ate one cupcake that my friend had made for me. It literally had my name all over it, written on a tiny candy heart on the top. So I went off plan a little, but I am working out tonight, so I will do a little extra time on the treadmill.

Have a great evening everyone!

We're going out to dinner. I got to choose the restaurant so I picked a place and planned in two grilled shrimp skewers, steamed veggies and two glasses of wine.

I'm going for a 30 min. walk this afternoon when my work is having an ice cream sundae bar/party. I hope there aren't any leftovers when I return!

Work, commute, gym, and ending the night by watching RuPaul's Drag Race while eating a quinoa salad with chickpeas, broccoli & portabello mushrooms, which I made on Saturday afternoon to let the flavors marinate a little.

I'm not saying that I won't finish up the evening reading something a little spicy.
