How many minutes did you exercise today? (February)
A continuation of our strong January start up thread. Can we beat our Jan record of 3199 minutes?
All are welcome to join and contribute their exercise minutes toward a combined monthly grand total.
So we can track the accumulated minutes, posts would look something like this:
Group: XXX mins (i.e., the last poster's total)
Me:XXX minutes (i.e., what you did that day)
New Group: X,XXX (i.e., Group minutes + your minutes)

To reach my December 2015 goal of 150 lbs:
Mini-Goal 1: 176; Mini Goal 2: 174; Mini Goal 3: 172;
Mini Goal 4: 170; Mini Goal 5: 168; Mini Goal 6: 166; Mini Goal 7: 164; Mini Goal 8: 162;
Mini Goal 9: 160; Mini Goal 10: get under 160 and then reevaluate.
