How many minutes did you exercise today? (February)
A continuation of our strong January start up thread. Can we beat our Jan record of 3199 minutes?
All are welcome to join and contribute their exercise minutes toward a combined monthly grand total.
So we can track the accumulated minutes, posts would look something like this:
Group: XXX mins (i.e., the last poster's total)
Me:XXX minutes (i.e., what you did that day)
New Group: X,XXX (i.e., Group minutes + your minutes)

MG 1: 176 MG 2: 174 MG 3: 172
MG 4: 170 MG 5: 168 MG 6: 166
MG 7: 164 MG 8: 162 MG 9: 160;
MG 10: under 160 and then reevaluate....
