What do you all do to control the insane cravings you get during PMS? I am there, and can't think about anything other than pizza and french fries! It's so horrible - all I want to do is eat. I'm miserable today because thoughts of food have consumed my every waking moment. Every activity is distracted by thoughts of food. :-(
This is going to be hard, hard, hard to get through this time every single month without tripping myself up. Any advice?!
