I was so excited when I (secretly) stepped on the scale over the course of the week and saw numbers squarely in the 160s... But this morning I'm sorry to report that I stayed the same. TOM tomorrow! Boo!
Good morning. So not a big weight loss this week, but was more then expected because I ate crap all week. I think my kitchen misses me. Time to buckle down. Dropping the kids off at school and making a shopping list.

I'm very proud of this weight loss! I just started on Jan 1st - AND I quit smoking at the same time - AND I had PMS this week. Whew! My body is in shock - for the better! I actually think I was on track for a better loss number until PMS hit over the weekend.
My numbers are a little skewed this week. 152 is where I was in October, I about fell off the scale last week with the 156. Feeling much better this week!
Boo. I've got some work to do this week. Was a little hopeful as the scale was down about 2 lbs mid week but yesterday I was feeling crampy and sure enough. My first TOM in TWO YEARS since I got pregnant with my last. Grr..
Oh well, I packed a sandwich bag full of carrots and 3 clemintines for snacks today. Hopefully more than I'll eat, but I figure eating a bag a carrots has got to be better than eating a bag of chocolate...
The week went really well. I was down to 282.8 yesterday morning but with skiing for the first time in 16 years and taking a weight lifting class yesterday, I think my muscles are holding onto some extra water.

So my fast hasn't been going exactly as planned. I did have some meat over the weekend. For breakfast this morning I skipped my fruit and went with a veggie bowl which is fried onions, peppers, and mushrooms over homefries and scrambled eggs topped with cheddar cheese. OMG. I didn't even eat half though. It was so good though. I also had two slices of whole wheat toast. Now I am ready to get back on track for the day - including a workout at lunch time.
