I would like to join - how do I get in?
I got weighed in at weight watchers this morning at 224.8 - 10lbs more than my scale says at home!

I have had a lot of stress and been eating out of control - I am also starting to think I may have ADHD which is also contributing to the eating issues.
I have lost 100 lbs in my past through hypnosis (gained 50 back) but I can do this again.
My first goal is 210 lbs
My final goal is 160 lbs
I got my points and am revved to go. I took a different approch to eating today. I sat at the table, small bites, chewed slowly - instead of zoning out in front of the tv while I eat - that habit may be a huge part of my issues..
