Confession time. I confess I fell off the wagon and did not want to get back on. But I realize that I need to get back on it.
So this year for Christmas I'm giving myself the best gift I can. I'm getting back on the wagon. Starting tomorrow, clean eating and exercise. Saturday will be my cheat day, a slice of cake for dessert, some cookies but that's all. then on the 26th, it's full steam ahead.
I did finally set a goal weight for myself!
170lbs. That is the weight an endrochonologist/metobolic specialist recomended. I'm tall too, 5'9". Once I get to that goal weight, I'll focus more on weight training.
The good part, since I've been indulging in too many holiday treats, the extra pounds should come off fast since it's food I don't normally eat.
In the new year, I also plan to work on the rest of me. Get more involved in Meetup groups, continue with the online dating I'm doing and know it's okay to be picky and not settle.
So as you can see I'm not waiting for Jan. 1st, I'm starting in the morning.
