Having a tough week
So this week has not been good for me. Hubby is driving me nuts...he's stressed about work and of course who is he taking it out on. Needed to take a break from running due to the race but haven't worked out in a few days at all since I am pissed, tired, etc and would rather just sit on the couch and eat some crap.
I know I shouldn't do it but it's so hard when you feel this way sometimes. So just looking for some motivation since I am lacking everything is seems lately. Hope you all are having a better day than I am this morning!

I find that the best thing I can do in those days, is exactly what I do not want to do. Get up and work out! Gets some of the frustration out, and those fantastic endorphins just flow!
Just remember this too shall pass. Hard and cliche but sooo true.

I have to accept that sometimes I'm just not feeling it. Then, get off your pout and do it anyhow!
Honestly, though - if you are legitimately fatigued, give your body a break. I've injured myself trying to "push through."

I agree with Pixie, when I'm just not feeling like, I'll make myself do it anyway, I ALWAYS feel better after! Besides, the endorphines are wonderful!
Tomorrow is always a new day, with new possiblities!

We all have those weeks. Trick to make sure we keep up the habit...so as everyone said take a small break if you need one, but try to add in a) more sleep and b) morning workouts if you can.
At least the week is almost over!

I find taking a light walk helps to relieve stress. Although, if you are tired, then take a break. Hugz! Here's to a better day tomorrow!

Hey there. Well did really well for my first 10K. Ran 9.30 min mile on average and made it under an hour. So happy about that! Still had a crappy last week but back on the wagon today and I will keep pushing forward! Thanks for checking in...love this site and support from people like you!

Yes I am! And I am even more proud of dropping another pound off the scale...finally getting closer to the 144 I had with a few weeks ago!
