Have you tried these?!
Extra's new gum flavors Dessert Delights? I've only seen (and tried) the strawberry shortcake, mint chocolate chip ice cream, and key lime pie. I think they've hit pay dirt with this new line! They're incredible! Feel like something sweet? Don't worry about wrecking your "diet", just pop one of these babies in your mouth! They deliver! Still sugar free, only 5 cals. I like to rip it in half for 2.5 cals and then enjoy the other half later. My only problem is that they're so good, I could easily "binge" on them, and I certainly don't want to chew 100 cals worth of gum in a day! LOL!

Wow! I haven't tried these, but I have seen the ads! I actually wondered if they're any good. I'm glad to hear your positive review because I really didn't want to have them increase my cravings even more! I will definitely go out and get some today. Btw, even if you do "binge" on them and have 100 calories worth, that's still better than having 500 extra calories of a desert.

I'll stick to mint flavors. I can only see bad things happening chewing something yummy. I'm glad you have better control than I do.

Haven't heard of these, but I'll be sure to look for them next time. I love werther's hard candies, but I have to resist the temptation of biting them instead of sucking on them. The sugar-free kind have a laxative effect if you have too many, so that's a big motivation to keep it in moderation@

I had a pack of the mint chocolate chip!! I found it at a gas station about 20 mins from my house and no place by me sells it..I've been looking since I finished the pack. this gum was delicious and curved the craving for something sweet..
I'll have to hide it from the kids next time cause they wiped me out!!

I saw the mint and the strawberry in line at the check out at kroger and the lime in line at walmart. My daughter's bday is today and I just chewed a piece of the key lime pie instead of eating a piece of cake. I so agree with sha25--totally takes the craving away!
Two of my little wild ones came in here and half chewed a whole pack (in secret) and then left the wad on my bed, apparently when I was calling them for bed. Little sneaks... I'll be restocking and HIDING the next packs! LOL

I got some today. I LOVE the strawberry shortcake. Such sweet yummy goodness. I got the mint chocolate chip ones too....they taste like Girl Scout Thin Mints to me....and after chewing it for a few my tummy started to feel like I ate a whole box of thin mints....lol
Very good idea from Extra though. It really does satisfy my late evening sweet cravings.
Thanks for putting the bug in my ear about them.
