Welcome to posting, Opheliag! I am pretty new here myself, but I'm already finding it to be so helpful to get involved in forums.

Jaylei--sorry the weigh-in was so hard this morning, but you have lost a lot of weight already! And it must feel awesome to be fitting into clothes you haven't worn in a while...I have a pair of goal jeans stuffed in a box far back in a closet. You have got me thinking about finding a realistic pair of goal pants as a mini-goal.

hahaha i refuse to get on it at my friend's house when her kids begged me. LOL they made my mii anyway and she has on sunglasses and brown dress. LOL

Hi Again Ladies!

I took a self imposed leave from the boards. I was stressed out, tired and overall felt psycho! It was useless for me to try to lose weight without the Yaz I take for PCOS. So even though I gained a ton of weight back, 187.6 as of this morning, I did keep up the eating habits. Exercise, eh I crashed and burned that wagon. I just couldn't keep up the exercise with all those injuries, pulled this, strained that. So I did what didn't hurt and lost a lot of stamina in the meantime.

On the good news front, I did get to my ob/gyn and received a new prescription for Yaz! I've only been on it a few days but that combined with having been on vaca this week I feel so good! Until my body get's going again, it's gonna be hard to lose the pounds, but I'm starting all over. To get my stamina back I'm planning on using WATP 2 and 3 mile walks with a 4 day split of weight training. In a month or so I should be able to get back to Ms. Jillian's daily beatings! I also saw my primary doc and got a prescript for social anxiety(beta blocker) to take only situational like for presentations at work etc., not daily use. Got blood work done today too.

This cool fall air had me cooking too. Yesterday it was a pot of blackbean and corn vegetarian chili, today it's a pesto infused white bean and sundried tomatoe stew! Yum with brown rice!

I also got the idea to upgrade my cell phone. Not normally big news, but I have one of those that makes and takes calls only. For what I'm paying I can pay a little more and get a whole lot more! So far I like the AT&T plans with the Blackberry Torch phone. The organizing features alone will be priceless. And I think sometime next week, I'm going to sign up with plentyoffish.com. I want to give online dating another try and that site looks like a great place to start with as it looks free! Match.com maybe in the new year. I'm not looking for a muscle head, gym obsessed guy. Just a nice, mature supportive, health concious and loving guy who'll love me as I am. I know he's out there, I just need to keep shopping! Good think I love to shop!

I love October, the cool crisp air, cozy sweaters, but I HATE Halloween!! Love Thanksgiving though!

BTW-I got so much needed rest this week! I feel like my old self again. Something I haven't felt in a long time!

Plugging along here!
I noticed a new yoga, zumba, pilates studio opened up on my side of town and took advantage of a free yoga class they offer on Saturdays. The people were super nice.

Right now I am torturing myself by watching back seasons of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders tv series. They did the water immersion body fat measurement thing on the gals and were talking about one of them that had a 20.something measurement and that she was waaaay out of control and needed to reign things in.

yea....

Any thought of skipping my run tonight is totally out.

Got on the scale and it was down from 187.6 to 183.8 that's a loss of 3.8lbs!!!
