Dinner
Baked Potato Soup - 7
Fresh Bread - 3
Wine - 6

Exercise ~ 1
Points (26-31) ~ 29
Water (min 48) ~ 42 oz
Fruits/Veggies (min 5) ~ 3

Reflections ~ Trying to get back on track. Hope this works . Skipped breakfast which I know is a no-no, didn't get in all my water, need to work on that.

PB&J - 4

Snack
Kudos - 2

Dinner
Pizza - 12
Salad w/drsg - 1
Wine - 6

Snack
Port - 2
Doritos - 3

Exercise ~ 2
Points (26-31) ~ 36
Water (min 48) ~ 48 oz
Fruits/Veggies (min 5) ~ 4

Reflections ~ A little over for the day, just wanted that crunchy at the end of the day. Need to stop splitting a bottle of wine with dinner

Fruits/Veggies (min 5) ~ 2

Reflections ~ A little light on the veggies but otherwise OK.
