Default Who's Up for a Challenge?

As we are winding down our current Biggest Loser Challenge - it's time to think about starting another one! I know, I know, no rest for the chubby...

The challenges typically run for 12 weeks, and the highest percentage of weight lost in 2 categories (individuals and teams) wins!

The new challenge - let's call it Biggest Loser IV - would begin October 4th and run for 12 weeks of weigh ins...yes that's through "the Holidays"...to wind up with the winner crowned after the final weigh in on December 27th.

So...who's up for a Challenge??

We all weigh in with our "Starting Weight" on October 4th. There will be a specific thread started where we can all weigh in. ***If your weigh in day is NOT on a Monday - Just report your MOST RECENT official weigh in***

We all come back and report our weights on Mondays on that same thread. If you would like a partner, we will have a thread starting for people to get partnered up. I try to match people with the same amount of weight to loose.

The winner is calculated after the Week 12 weigh in - and will be determined by percentage lost for fairness sake. There will be a winner in the singles category and one in the partners category.

So that's all you have to do! Grab a partner, or not, weigh in on Mondays on our Biggest Loser IV Weigh In Thread, and meet your goals!!

The weight in thread do you edit the original weight in post or make a new one each time (I find it easier to edit), then have a separate thread for discussions.

I prefer a new post each week, formatted like this:

last week / loss / current
170 / -1 / 169

I have found that instructing people to edit previous posts has caused confusion. Also, I can see the date it was posted, so if I happen to miss one on my spreadsheet, I can go back through and verify my data.
