Default Summer Stats

I purchased a new Omron Weight Scale in May and started tracing my body fat and muscle mass along with my weight. I'm not so happy with the total amount of weight I've lost since them, but I AM happy with the other changes. Good investment!

May 7th

Weight - 185.4
Body Fat% - 41.7
BMI - 31.3
Muscle Mass - 26.3

September 13th

Weight - 170.4
Body Fat% - 35.1
BMI - 29
Muscle Mass - 29.5

I have enjoyed having other numbers to look to than just the weight number. I get depressed looking at 15lbs in 4 months...but when I look at the 6.8% reduction in body fat and the 3.2% increase in muscle - THAT makes me

Congratulations MP, that is quite an accomplishment. I don't keep track of my body fat but love seeing my BMI (and of course weight) go down.

Congratulations on your accomplishment!
Having something, besides pounds lost, to measure progress, is a Fantastic idea! Thank you for sharing.
