160's....Calling all of you!
OK ladies......I searched for a 160's thread and couldn't find one, so here we go! Calling all of you in the 160-169 range.....lets power each other on through to the 150's!!!
Officially made it here 9/3 weigh in of 169.0. My goal is to be as close to 160 by the end of September as humanly possible! Who is with me?!

ME! I weighed in at 170 yesterday after eating a ton....I usually am in the high 160s and would like to get down to the same as you -- 135. (so 160 by the end of the month would be GREAT!)
ps -- i am new here. i've been lurking a few days and finally joined. hello

I am in....I am technically at about 172 right now. I always go from 170 down to 159, and then back up....ugh...I have never defeated the 160's, so this is right up my alley.. hope you don't mind..I weigh daily...in fact whenever I stop weighing daily, I inevitably end back in the 170's......

Welcome to both of you!! blondeambitious, you and I are almost identical in goals/height everything! Very cool! What are you doing to conquer the weight?
I am counting calories, cut back on carbs/sugar and focusing on healthy protein and high fiber. Also doing the C25K program and lifting weights 2-3 times a week.
kim150....of course you are welcome here! I have done the same thing as you last summer, I was in the mid 170's, did some major life changes and got down to about 155, then met my boyfriend last fall and his wonderful cooking and my lack of exercise put me up to an embarrassing 185+ over the winter. So I am battling back down again and determined this time!
I also weigh in daily, but only count it once a week, every Monday. Will plan on posting here every day and checking in.

I'm TOTALLY in! I kept seeing a thread for the 20 year olds and the 100 club but don't officially belong in either.
I've been pretty much stuck between 163.5-168 for over a month and a half now. I can NOT wait to see 159! I hope to be there by the end of this month. If ya'll don't mind I'd like to post my weight everyday...maybe if I get embarassed by a 3 lbs jump I will think twice about having pizza w/my kids, etc during the week!

I am posting daily weigh ins too, and don't be embarrassed about those pizza nights with your kids, I just spent the last 4 days at the county fair. We all know what kind of food that entails! Tomorrows weigh in might be interesting! But maybe having you all to answer to every day will make me think twice about splurges ;-)

Morning Weigh In: 167!!! Woohoo! Its amazing but upping my calories for a couple of days and then cutting back down seems to have worked. Wierd!

I'm here! As mentioned in a similar thread in the 100 club, many of the taller ladies may not see the 160's, so our numbers start dwindling as the decades decrease.
I'd love to get out of the 160's by the end of September!!

Same as yesterday: 166.4 I will take it!
Am still hoping to hit my 165 goal by Monday morning but not holding my breath too much :-) Exercise this week has been non-existant. Still recouping from a long hectic weekend.

I did it!!!!! 165 as of this morning!!! I am so excited! That makes 20 lbs lost since July 1st :-)
