On my second cup of green tea today. UGH. This is awful. BUT Walgreen's had Tylenol Sinus Relief Day and Night on clearance for $1.99. It wasn't expired (my first thought) it's just being discontinued or something.

Also, I lost 2 lbs this week, YIPEEEE!!!!

WTG, Matilda!!! I have a Booty Song Playlist that I need to put onto my iPod b/c I want the same thing. It's all songs that glorify the booty. (SexyBack, Rump Shaker, Back That a** Up, etc.)

Hey girls! Long time no see.... Ok, so its been just over a month. :P

Anyway, just wanted to pop in and see how everyone was. I dropped my running while I was dealing with the whole Dad Drama...but am ready to start my C25K all over again. Good news is, I kept up with the diet part of the deal, and I am down 23 pounds for the year. Thats a good thing. I wanted 50 (about a pound a week) but between Mom's death in January and the last two months with Dad-- I think I will take the 23 and be happy.

How's everyone?? I see new faces? Hello!!!

Hi parkedout! Congrats on the weight loss. It sounds like you were going through a lot this past year and that losing that much weight by mostly dieting is really awesome! I find I always eat a lot when I'm stressed right out!

Congrats, Matilda! You will soon have buns of steel, girl!

Leanne: I like those songs! And they are so motivating. Baby got back is also a good one. " I like big butts and I cannot lie.."

I did good on my plan in the last few days, but really need to get in more exercise. I always love blasting my ipod when I'm walking. People must laugh or think I'm so weird, cause I like to sing aloud when I'm walking...like really loud! Have a great rest of week, ladies!

Me, too!!! And I dance. Especially during my long, long walk last week because I was listening to Britney Spears. Hahahaha!

I don't know where to put this. My boos just asked me if they've been taking the $50 out of my paycheck twice a month to pay for health insurance. Guess what? They haven't. I've been here for a year. What if they make me pay it back?? I CAN NOT give them one lump sum and I'm already underpaid- taking $50 out of what I already take home will suck but double that?? I didn't pay $160,000 for my degree to be making the salary I am right now as it is.

What do I do????

Hey Leanne, why don't you just wait until you hear back from them. I doubt they'd take that much back, and just tell them you can't pay that back, especially in one lump sum, and they should have told you before this. It sounds like their mistake to begin with. Best of luck, hun! hugs!

WTG canadian_mom!!

I am up a bit today-- but not too concerned as I was traveling all weekend, PLUS there was cake! (Went to two different birthday parties!)

Anywho, hope everyone is doing great. My main focus today is drinking my water(which is something I seriously slacked on this weekend) plus toning my arms.

At this point it is SO simple to stick to my food plan during the week. There is no drama there at all. Its only the weekends that throw me on food! But I am working on that. And I will do better!

How's WW going by the way?

I was happy with my 1.5 pounds loss yesterday, but have had really bad indigestion which didn't give me much of an appetite today. I bet I'll be starving tomorrow though. Hope everyone is doing great!
