Hi guys,
I have been a regular reader for about 2 months now, I dont post as much because I am not so confident on my english writing, but I can read it just fine so every day I come here for inspiration.

I am 33, almost 34 years old, single female

This morning I took my measurements

chest 39" (mostly back because I have no boobs)
waist 29"
hips 39"

I am wearing size 32 waist pants (what size is that like 12? I dont know)

My scale says 34% body fat but I honestly think is really like 26%

I want to wear size 6 jeans, so my question is how many inches do I have to lose?

I love working out in the gym, I do 30 cardio and weight lifting 6 days a week

My problem of course is food, my goal is to eat 1600 cal per day but I always eat around 2000 so for the past 2 months I havent lost a single pound. My biggest problem is that I wake up every night in the middle of the night to eat, its so sad because I start each day feeling defeated, no matter how hard I try not to eat in midnight I always do, sometimes a sandwich, or some cheese, or cereal.

I would love to hear comments and suggestions

Thanks

I found this link which might be helpful:
http://www.shoplastyle.com/info/sizing.asp

I think it says you need to be at 28 inches on your hips. So, 11 inches. Ouch. Is there any reason why 6 is the golden number?

I second the congrats on all you hard work. Awesome job!

I looked at that chart. I'm pretty sure 28" is the "low waist" measurement and 36" is the hip measurement for a size 6. That sounds right to me, I can just now wear size 6 in a few pants and my hips are about 37".
You're not terribly far from the goal you've chosen. But maybe add intermediate goals to celebrate along the way, to keep you energized?

Hi Siki!

I am 5'10 and when I weighed 160 I wore a size 8-10, I could fit into some size 6 dresses, but not jeans. I don't know what my measurements were.

You have lost A LOT of weight, great job girl!!!

Hi, and good luck with your goals. You mentioned eating at night. If that is something that you want to stop, you might want to figure out why you are doing it. Sometimes thinking about and talking about why can help you stop.
