hello? Well, I am toying with the 180s right now, I really want to be out of the 180s by the end of NOVEMBER if not sooner. I would like to be out of the 170s by the end of January next year.

Weigh in day was today and I'm finally out of the 190's and into the 180's I couldn't be happier! Now, I can focus on getting out of the 180's and into the 170's!
Being fat is hard. Losing is hard. Maintaining is hard. Choose your hard.

Hi everyone,

I've been in the 180s off and on for about 4 years now. I went to a party yesterday and we took lots of pics. I was so upset when i saw them. It's time i deal with this weight. All around me people are gaining weight. Those who were skinny are suddenly gaining weight. For me this is scary as it makes me feel like i can never lose weight if even the slim ones are gaining weight.

Is anyone else battling the 180's? I've been trying to kick them since October! I just turned 31 and I'm ready for the rest of my extra weight to be gone. I've lost almost 70 lbs since having my daughter in Sept 2008. I have until Fall 2013 to lose the rest because that's when we plan on trying for our next child.
What I've been doing so far this year is lots of running and following the 17 Day Diet. I've lost my holiday weight, which was about 5 lbs but it seems like I've plateaued again!
I'm very frustrated at this point, but I don't want to give up. Is there anyone else out there still in the 180's like me?

Hi all! After losing about 20 lbs a couple of years ago, I am back into the 180's and definitely not proud of it. I am determined to make them a thing of the past and KEEP them a thing of the past this time!

Knex - Dont feel that way! I have seen many people around me who were heavy and have lost considerable amounts of weight. So I know that it can be done. The decisions that you make for your health and your body have nothing to do with the decisions of others. Stay focused and it will happen!
