BREAKFAST/BRUNCH
scrambled eggs = 4
hashbrown = 1
bacon = 2
blueberry muffin = 4

MIDAFTERNOON
white corn chips = 4

DINNER
salad = 0
parmesan = 3
chicken breast = 3

SNACKS
skinny cow = 2
pie bites = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 27
Activity = 0
Water = 8
Veggies = 5
Fruit = 0

REFELCTIONS ~ I ate out for brunch this morning, but made up for it during the day.

EXERCISE
20 minutes bike
2+ mile walk
15 minutes weights

BREAKFAST
egg = 2
lite bread = 1

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
chicken breast = 1
cashews = 8

DINNER
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
chicken breast = 1

SNACKS
skinny cow, 2 = 4

DAILY TOTAL = 21
Activity = 4
Water = 9
Veggies = 4
Fruit = 0

Reflections ~ Odd thing, but I wasn't hungry today. I'm thinking maybe the nuts filled me up?? Or it was just one of those days. Too bad I don't have those more often! Stopped & bought blueberries today as I haven't been having any fruit at all.

more ff froyo!! 17 cal per fl ounce. this stuff is amazing.

1 hour water aerobics (tonight)

oatmeal = 2
blueberries = .5

chicken breast = 2
again with the nuts = 8

DINNER
baked fish = 2
salad = 0
parmesan = 2

SNACKS
skinny cow, 2 = 4

DAILY TOTAL = 24.5
Banked = 2.5
Activity = 8
Water = 10
Veggies = 4
Fruit = 1

Reflections~ well, I finally got a fruit in! I think those nuts I've been into the last 2 days have been filling me up because I find I'm not as hungry in the evenings.

I almost forgot! My new week starts on Tuesdays now because I'm weighing in on Monday mornings. so . . .

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 2.5
ACTIVITY EARNED = 8

Reflections ~ I have no excuse for my behavior.

Daily total = 28, but that is probably low
