MONDAY 10/7/02 EXERCISE 20 minutes bike 2+ mile walk 15 minutes weights BREAKFAST egg = 2 lite bread = 1 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 2 chicken breast = 1 cashews = 8 :devil: DINNER salad = 0 parmesan = 2 chicken breast = 1 SNACKS skinny cow, 2 = 4 DAILY TOTAL = 21 Activity = 4 Water = 9 Veggies = 4 Fruit = 0 Reflections ~ Odd thing, but I wasn't hungry today. I'm thinking maybe the nuts filled me up?? Or it was just one of those days. Too bad I don't have those more often! Stopped & bought blueberries today as I haven't been having any fruit at all. TUESDAY 10/8/02
EXERCISE 20 minutes bike 15 minutes weights 2+ miles walk 1 hour water aerobics (tonight) BREAKFAST oatmeal = 2 blueberries = .5 bacon = 2 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 2 chicken breast = 2 again with the nuts = 8 :devil: DINNER baked fish = 2 salad = 0 parmesan = 2 SNACKS skinny cow, 2 = 4 DAILY TOTAL = 24.5 Banked = 2.5 Activity = 8 Water = 10 Veggies = 4 Fruit = 1 Reflections~ well, I finally got a fruit in! :D I think those nuts I've been into the last 2 days have been filling me up because I find I'm not as hungry in the evenings.
