Post your losses for the week here!

I lost 2.8 pounds this past week, though I believe most of it was water weight from this morning's 5-mile run!

I gained 2 when i weighed in friday Im hoping next week is a big loss ??

Wow, LisaMarie71!! You're already down to 214!!! Congrats!

707Goddess, it happened to me too last Friday, my 'official' weigh in day. The week before, I had lost 4lbs, but by Friday, I had 'gained' back 2 of those 4! Anyways, just keep moving...it'll go back down, I promise!

Yay, RhondaH!!!! Congrats to you too!

I'm down 2.5 pounds. Though, like I said, 2 of those were from a 'gain' of lbs already lost from the previous week. So officially, I lost another 1/2 pound!

Okay, I'm starting to confuse myself...
