I am-I have been here since January. I either eat healthy and don't exercise, or exercise and eat badly. Gotta get my act together!

scale bounce back up on me this morning. The 22nd I was at 175.8 had a couple of days of poor choices and spent all week getting back to 175.8 on the 29th. Yesterday I was STARVING. I gave myself a high calorie "maintenance day" and ate 1800 calories. This morning I'm back at 177.2 I know it's Physically impossible to have gained 1.4 pounds overnight. It's still very discouraging. The first 30 pounds just kinda dropped off. This last 10 pounds have been 2 steps forward 1.5 steps back the whole way. I see a very long road ahead of me to get to goal and maintenance.

Though I did have a little smile this morning. I put on my "first sexy short skirt" I bought about 15 pounds ago. It's huge on me. way too big baggy and not all that sexy anymore. Kinda hangs on me like a sack.

How is everyone else's weekend going?

I hope to join you next week. I've been stuck near 181 for about a month. This morning, I was about 180.5...maybe by Monday...

AFChick - see you Monday, for sure! You ARE one determined chick!!

I am truly hoping it doesn't take me 3 months to get out of the 170's like it did the 180's. For REAL. I tell ya, I heard ALL sorts of theories on why that happened...I honestly didn't fall off the wagon...and I increased my exercise if anything. Pish. Dunno - but it sure as heck was depressing!!

I decided not to wait to up my mileage for my regular run. I got up 15min earlier this morning to run an extra mile. I use an application for my Droid called BuddyRunner. It uploads the info to a website where I can compare data.

A month ago I ran my first 4 mile run - today I ran it 5 minutes faster!! I hope to be at 175 by July 1st and outta here by August 1st. Yay!

That's an improvement of 1:15/mile...in only 1 month, that is AWESOME. WTG!

AFchick We look forward to seeing you soon!

Thats Amazing Pixie! The only way you get me to run is to chase me while threatening bodily harm. My boobs are just TOO big to run. I'd end up with two black eyes!

My scale said 174.6 this morning. I hope it wasn't lying!

Have you tried an Enell bra? They are amazing. It's always kind of hurt to run, but once I got that bra, nothing moves!

@ afchick. I wear a 36 DDD yes DDD. It's not a typo. Not sure even nasa could engineer a bra that wouldn't let my breast move for running.

I'll Cross my fingers for you Caro!

Scale repeated the 174 phenomenon this morning so YAY!

I'm almost stuck in the 170's! So I'm going to stick my toe into this thread.

The 170's mean a lot to me. 174 brings me to "overweight" and is a goal I've never been able to reach in my weight loss efforts. The 170's should also bring me to about a size 10 which is where I was when I got married.

I'm hitting the gym pretty hard this summer so I'm really hoping to be through the 170's by August 1st. We'll see...
