Hey all! I need the extra motivation of a weight decade group for a while.
I got myself down to 165 for our wedding 3 months ago, but have been less than stellar since (I blame the wedding gifts - ice cream maker, bread maker, my love of cooking, etc).
I started faithfully journaling ww points on Monday and restarted my 3-day/week running program. My main strategy right now is to journal, jog, and drink at least 4 bottles of water per day at work.
I know I can do this.... it's worked before. I just need to stick with it!
I'm at 177.2 today... hoping this thread will help me move smoothly down through the 170s!

Hey all I started Turbo Fire a week ago and Im down 2 pounds already. Have one more week to get as close to the 160s as possible. I can do this!!

I'm also down 2 pounds since I started. I do love the wonderful loss rates associated with the first week back on plan.

I have been bouncing between 177 and 179 for the past week....but I haven't hit back in the 80's, so I think it's safe to say....I should be here.
Like I said, it's the tail end of the 170's, but it's still not 180!! lol
