Hello! I have too been in the 170's for a while. But that was really because I did nothing to get out of them, other than complain. But I have been working really hard and I lost 3.8lbs so far. Only 4.8 lbs to get out of the 170 rut!!
I know how discouraging it is to eat right & exercise & not lose weight so to those ladies struggling - You CAN DOOOOO IT!! Our body doesn't like giving up all those fat cells. I am glad I am on here so when the scale stops moving I have a place to stay motivated. Thank you for your inspiration ladies!!!
