I ran a 5K! The entire time!!

Then I lifted weights (biceps, triceps)

Then I "ran" two miles on the elliptical.

Last night I signed up for 12 personal trainer sessions. This morning I dropped my Jeep off at the repair shop and biked the 2.8 miles home instead of taking the bus.

I cooked healthy food at home and took some of it with me when I was out and about doing errands so I would save $ and not eat things that I should avoid!

I went to pole dancing class (it's an exercise class, we keep our clothes on, I promise!) and I cooked a healthy meal for dinner. (For the recipe, click on the blog link in my signature)

I biked the mile to the store when the kids said we were out of milk rather than driving

Instead of making grandoise plans at 2am and sleeping all the next day, I got up, got the kids out, did some house work and got away from the computer! I went down to the Wii that I wanted so badle and did 30 minutes of varying walking excersizes until I was actually sweating...small potatoes for most, I know, HUGE for me. Proud of myself.
