I have not felt, lately, that the scale is being very nice to me. I don't think it understands the amount of work I am putting into becoming a "Smokin' Hot Momma" and I'm just ready to go all Office Space on it's butt.

I decided to get out my measuring tape to get a different perspective. The last time I measured was 8/15 of last year - so 8mo ago. I was measuring once a month instead of weighing myself...but that gave me to much leeway.

I was stupefied to find that I have lost 9 inches off my waist and 8.5 off my hips in the last 8 months!! I feel so good about that!

So, if your scale is being a butt head, try the tape...it's a bit more honest.

What a huge motivator! Thanks for the tip as I have not done much measuring. Did you notice going down in your pant sizes?

You've put in a lot of work for the 9 inches off your waist and 8 1/2 off your hips! GREAT JOB!!

I'm sure all these running club guys at church think you're a yummy mummy. DH definitely knows it. Keep it up!!

9 inches is ALOT! You should be very proud of your accomplishment. You can definitely see the change in your latest picture...you're looking very thin!
