Default Dive under 185!!!

OK, I know there are several of us that are really hoping to get under 185, for whatever reason--whether it's a weight we fondly remember from long ago, or whether it puts us into a different BMI category...

Let's all join up and root each other on...

Today I'm 198.

I seem to have plateau'ed ataround 185...I did the same thing at 190...it seems to happen every 5 pounds...keep gaining/losing same 2 pounds...currently at 186.7

Anyway, I'm cheering you all on!!!!! Here's to busting that once and for all!

I am totally on board with getting under 185! (I saw a fleeting glimpse of 182 in march, it was the lowest weight I had been since 4th grade, and it only lasted for a weekend). Here's to being below 185 forever!

185 was my pre-pregnancy weight before my 3rd was born - sounds like a good mini-goal for me as well. 14 pounds to go! I won't be dropped from "obese" status until 164 pounds. Hopefully at some point that will be my new minigoal, but for now that is too far away to motivate me.

185 is my "Hey, I'm only overweight!" BMI number.

I was 172 when I got married 17 years ago (the first time). That may sound like a big number, but I was a buff lifeguard...Here's hoping when I lose 25 more pounds that those abs are still there (ha ha ha)!

200 was my merely overweight weight...at about 190, I discovered I still had hip bones under the fat......still no washboard abs, but I do have hope....

well...187 was the lowest I got in the last 8 or 9 years & that was accomplished 4 years ago. I gained back up to 239 and I got paranoid...I don't want to be fat forever. I spent most of my 20's being fat & unhappy. I will not do this all the way through my 30's.
The biggest I got was 252 and that was 6 months prior to my weightloss.
I am currently on a "mission" to eat right and exercise and lose the weight. My goal is to be 187 or less by June 1st. That is approx 2.5 lbs a week. I know I can do it!

I am, right now, the lowest I have been in 16 years. It's nice to be able to say that. I was pregnant with my son 16 years ago.

I haven't been under 170 since before I got pregnant with my first son almost 11 years ago now. I spent my late 20s and most of 30s yo-yoing to fat and fatter...I've had it and I'm doing something about it!

We can all do it! I KNOW we can!
